The Trail Blazers are dedicated to positively impacting the lives of children and families who have been historically underserved, where they live, learn, and play. The Trail Blazers Foundation give grants to nonprofits, schools, youth and is funded through meaningful corporate partnerships with Nike, Moda Health, and Avangrid Foundation, revenue from Trail Blazers license plate sales and the 5050 raffle, in-game and online auctions, as well as other fundraising efforts.
